Have a look at the sensors Speedafn can monitor. This might be the wrong sensor read out (speedfan has to work with dozens of mobos so things sometimes don't work). You can also try to map by core.
Could also be the case that yous temp sensor is brocken :/

RealTemp and HW monitor work so why shouldn't speed fan. I'm not sure how to map by core too.  :C

Are you running the newest chipsets? Speedfan might not have support for them yet. Your fan speeds also look to be bugged.

No I'm running a z170 chipset with a 6700k i think the fan speed it's bugged because I have splitters but it's just weird that it shows my core temp but not my CPU temp because they are the same thing? xD

Splitters don't make it bug like that. Splitter would still give normal readings from one fan. HAve you updated to latest BIOS and using latest version of Speedfan? Support for Z170 was added only this spring.

Oh ok, i thought they still would bug out. I'm also on the latest version of speed fan I can check my bios version but I'm 90% sure I'm on the latest because I flashed to the latest a couple months back to get support for LLC.
