Chrome theme missing buttons

Hello!

 

So i've been using single theme for chrome for years, and for some reason chrome update messed up some buttons like back and forward arrows, and some other buttons.

Changing theme does bring them back but its not really an option. Is there a way for me to edit this current theme and add those missing pieces from default or another theme?

I think the problem is that the theme is the same color as the buttons

 

To OP do the buttons still work

Like i said, I don't want to change the theme.

And yes, that might be the problem. Buttons are still there and they work, i just cant see em. 

 

Its actually been this way for 4-5 months, i can hide some "other" bookmarks this way ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
