Under $300 Gaming Build

So I run the PC Budget Solutions YouTube channel and I have a series called Building a Gaming PC for Less than $300.  Both so far have been used builds and sadly one actually died (motherboard died) and I bought a replacement board (identical) and i was DOA.  But anywho, I was considering putting that build against something like this:

That includes shipping but Newegg I get free shipping so it comes to a hair under $300.  Would anyone find this interesting?

i would get old OEM system, throw in a rx460/560 or gtx 970 if you have the budget for it.

You would get much better value for money if you bought used. After all, you are already useing a five year old procecor that could be found used on eBay easy. Check your local Craigslist. I saw a r9 290x for 50$ on mine the other day and have seen 2nd gen i5 and i7 mobo and ram combos with heat sinks going for around 100$.

I've already done builds like those for my channel.  Episode 1 & 2 were all used parts.  Trying for a new build this time.
