Looks like a bit better designed Speedlink Manejo.

Tried one in real life and it's okay. This mouse fixes one of the worst mistakes of the Speedlink though, the fact that on the Speedlink the right side of your hand is dragging on your mousepad.

 

Anyways, the way it is meant to be more ergonomic is by having your hand not flat on a mouse, but tilted 90 degrees to the side (like how you would shake someone's hand) as this is suppose to be a more ergonomic hand position.

 

The previously mentioned Speedlink had the buttons in the conventional place (at the end of your finger tips) while this mouse seems to have them at your thumb.. Seems like a better idea when thinking about it.

These aren't new. There are quite a few vertical mice; it's supposed to be more ergonomic by having your hand at a more natural angle.
