HDD dock won't work on Win 10?

yo, so i bought the below hdd dock, the Astone Doc 232, and didnt plan on upgrading to win 10 but here i am,

doesn't seem to have a windows 10 driver, any possible way i could make this work?

I take it you have tried moving to a different USB port?

it works in any usb port, but won't show up in my computer to access the hdd and a windows sign pops up and says "device not recognised" and its because it can't automatically dl the driver as usual, was just wondering if anyone had a way around this aha

Ahh I see, sorry, I was thinking along the lines that some USB ports use a different controller, so thought it was worth a shot.

Is it USB 2.0 or 3.0? just asking because I used to have a USB 2.0 one that was crap, never worked properly, which is why I bought the USB 3.0 one I have now abiut 8 years ago. Still going strong luckily, and they don't make these anymore, so dreading when this one finally packs in, hopefully won't be soon

ahah yea all goods man

but yea its usb 3.0, just not working because of drivers otherwise was really good  when i used it on windows 7 haha
