You should list what options you have, what you want to do with it like what sort of games, compute, AI, etc?

8gb ddr4 ram 

And my pci express is 3.0

For around £243.9/20,000 RS you could purchase of a AMD RX 580 8gb, as such is most likely the most superior for your specified budget.

 

Otherwise, @ImHyperstyle's suggestion.

For the graphics card I would go for an AMD RX 580 or Nvidia GTX 1060, both good options, go for whatever is cheaper.

 

Also use the little arrow to quote people when replying or else they won't see your reply.
