Guys sorry for posting that much i really want this pc to work thats why SO im sorry again 

I am buying this PC Will this PC work?
Cpu:Intel i7-7700K 4.2 GHz up to 4.5 GHz
GPU:ASUS TURBO-GTX1070-8G
Motherboard:ASUS PRIME B250-PRO
PowerSupply:Cooler Master GM series 650W
HDD: WD BLACK 1TB
SSD: KINGSTON 120GB

Yes, it will work fine, though you'll want a Z270 mobo so you can OC, otherwise just get the i7-7700 (non-K) and save some money.

@Zando Bob THANKS SO MUCH i am not going to overclock im not into that stuff i only overclock GPU's i dont overclock cpu's but i already ordered the CPU thats why im going to use that cpu And how much can i sell an intel i5 6500 and an asus rx 470 4g OC edition

IDK how much you can see those for... I'd say $100 buck or so for the CPU, as they don't really wear out, and then you could probably get a decent price of around $125-150 for the RX470 (assuming you haven't OC'ed it heavily, it's always ran at a good temp, and you haven't already used it for mining) because of the mining craze.

Get a diff gpu, turbo is hot and not recommended for pc

You can sell the 470 for a killing now, cuz of the Etherium boom. Check ebay's listings for a rough estimation. Don't settle for less than 300 USD.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

If you get a used one for cheaper, yes. It's got more cores and such than a 1070, but the 1070 is a newer architecture, so it keeps up.
