Otherwise, can't you just go visit a neighbor to borrow a screwdriver from him?

I'm visiting my mom's house thus I only have regular phillips heads and flatheads and I don't really know the neighbors

You will eventually die, accept it.

You can sometimes angle a flathead into a philips screw, but of course you will be risking stripping the screw (or at least damaging it a bit)

Usually more than one will work, unlike with other types of screws.
