Are you serious? is your Russian friend a hacker? He got some malware onto your PC. Installing random things without fully knowing what they are is just asking for trouble.

Reinstall Windows immediately, and definitely dont use that PC for online shopping or anything. DONT TYPE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO into that pc anymore before you completely forward it. It probably installed some keyloggers that will harvest all your passwords and sensitive info.

If you dont follow this advice, and the advice of other people here, you deserve to be the victim of cybercrime for sheer stupidity.

You're probably fine, but just clean up your PC by reinstalling Windows just to be safe. It is the only way to really be sure your PC is clean again, and it is not that hard.

Your friend probably told you to install some app that contained some kind of Spyware / malware / virus, perhaps not on purpose. So there is a chance the app installed something malicious that could steal your credit card info, or just show you ads. If your credit card info were to be stolen, you can easily let your bank block it, so don't panic.

You cant, you need to erase and back up everything. You will just need to reinstall your games.
