GPU confusion

I am building an amd pc with ryzen 5 1400 and i am planing to spend 250USD

On gpu but really confused too take RX 480/580 or go for GTX1060 or just wait for Vega but i am not sure if vega have a refreshed 580 ....so should i go for 1060 or 480/580 but I need to get them at USD250.  Or just wait.

Depends if you are willing to wait until at least August for it to release (Possibly not getting a card until later depending on stock at launch and popularity with miners). But I would just buy a 580 now, no point in waiting forever (new parts will always come out).

But most of them are out of stock or over priced i am part only 250USD

If you cant find one for a reasonable price, get a 1060 (Performs similar but isnt in such high demand).

580's rn are being bought extensively for cryptomining raising the price and lowering the quantity. You probably aren't going to find one in a reasonable price range so I would buy a 1060.

I doubt it since its going to be potentially keeping up with a 1080ti. I wouldn't wait.

Do you know any companies which give international warranty. Because i live in Asia and things are quiet expensive here so i thought of importing from USA.

That is only for their professional line of cards, gaming ones wont launch until SIGGRAPH 2017 (30th July-3rd August). Dont know anything about prices, it may come close to that though (Cant know for sure, probably closer to $300-$350 is my guess).

Get 580 or 1060 now. Thet perform the same within couple FPS difference. 

 

Im very happy with my 1060.

I picked up an 8GB RX 480 for about $200 and it's been great for me. I actually picked it up at a Best Buy.
