Cross Platform Gameplay

So, we have all heard of the Shadow Run game. The one where PC gamers could face console gamers in multiplayer.

 

My brother thinks he would be able to beat me on his Xbox 360 while I was on PC... I'd like to prove him wrong.

 

My question is: Can you still do it? Can you still get this Shadow Run game and play across platforms?

Don't think you can do it anymore, they scrapped it due to console players getting destroyed.

No. Pretty much what @Matsy said, console gamers got owned so bad(not a surprise) that they ended the project.

For the future, I believe both Microsoft and Sony are interested in doing it, but so far they have no plans.

Well, I know Sony is releasing Planetside 2 on PS4 but I doubt there little processors could handle the scale.

Well the recently did an optomisation patch but they'll still be stretching it.

due to all the hardware upgrades on console. its more than possible for Consoles to Crossplatform FPS's, and Crossplatform RPG style games with pc. would be nice having a more community gaming experience.
