SIM Card Glitchiness???

Having some weird issues with my phone/SIM card. I keep getting a voicemail notification at random times even if i clear the notification. I've also tried calling Voicemail, but the call doesn't go through... Not only that, but after fiddling with it for a bit, I can't even get cell service working on the device. I've tried the SIM on another device and it didn't SEEM to give me the same issues, but when i called voicemail, it didn't go through. 

Phone: Moto G4 non plus. XT1625
DISCLAIMER THINGY: My phone is pretty significantly bent due to not enough care on my part when pushing heavy objects (using my phone pocket part of my leg as a support to push). It is entirely possible that i just broke my phone....I hope not....and i'd prefer to jump though every hoop until i know for sure.....
