I'd get a good ASUS mobo, as you'll be able to get Aura capabilities for that price. And you need to fix the title, it's RBG instead of RGB. ;)

If you really want RGB then I can suggest to you the MSI B350 Gaming pro carbon. It only costs like 130$ and appart from the very good build quality and very good components and functions, it also has RGB all over it!

It will be a better option in future to buy another gtx 970 and have 2 970's than one 1070 ?

I just finished my build that I have been doing since Ryzen launched. The wait was RGB stuff.

For me, the Asus Aura function on my motherboard really helped me do what I wanted to, which was sync for everything in the system (mb, GPU, fans, ram cooler)

With the new Cooler Master Masterfan Pro RGB fans, because they are Aura and not a 3rd party controller, everything syncs through the mothboard controller. Personally, I love it.
