Assuming that windows now is installed on C drive and you have another partition with all the files you want to save you should just be able to install windows 64 on the C partition and it will not effect your other drive.

I want to upgrade my windows 10 32 bit to 64 bit but i do not want to delete my old files except the files in C drive. So should i use upgrade this pc now or create installation media for another pc? Also whicpartition should i select?? Please help me!!!

You just can't convert Windows 32 bit to Windows 64 bit.  To use Windows 64 bit, you will need to reinstall the OS. Since you have some things you want to save, back them up to another drive or something then you will need to use the Windows Media Creation Tool to reinstall the 64 bit version.

Installing Windows 64 on the same drive as the Windows 32 will destroy everything on the drive so you want to back up, copy, and/or save all your personal stuff before undertaking this task.

If you reinstall Windows on the hard drive that your OS is currently on, it will only affect that drive. If you have another hard drive with data etc, that will not be affected. However if you have several partitions on the same hard drive, you need to be careful about reinstalling Windows.
