New Network Card

I moved my desk setup and it is to far away for the Ethernet connection I was using so I need to get a Wi-Fi card. I dont want an expensive one just enough to get the job done. I game a lot so I dont want any added latency. Please help!

You wont be able to find a cheep WiFi Adapter that doesn't add latency.

It is not going to be anything like hard-line networking but it'll do the job.

There is a modem in my room but all the ports are filled. Could I buy a male to two female adapter and plug my computer and the other cable into one port? And would that affect the latency?

you could do that but the speed would be halved (it would now become a 500mbp/s port) and the latency would depend on what the other port is using. 

if you are gaming and the other port is streaming video, the latency will increase dramatically.

Grab a cheap Netgear Prosafe 5 port gigabit switch, plug other things into the switch, plug your computer into the modem (since you said it has multiple ports I'm guessing it's more likely a router/modem combo).
