  1. I have dual Rx 580 8gb GPUs in my computer, however, according to the Windows Task Manager and MSI Afterburner, only one is actually doing anything in Overwatch. The top GPU is running at 100% while the 2nd GPU is running at 0%. How can I fix this? It only happens in one game. During benchmarks they both run but not in game. Crossfire works in Destiny 2, Rainbow six, etc. but not Overwatch. Anyone know how to fix this?
  2. I just got my SSD back from my friend who was installing something for me (I have terrible WiFi speed) and now my PC won't post. The PC turnes on but doesn't send power to peripherals and the monitor doesn't receive any signal. The on board led debugger says error code 55 for memory not installed but it clearly is and to be sure I have reseated it and cleared CMOS. I have checked for bios updeates and reseated every cable. The PC also revvs the fans up to max when started and requires the power button to be held down for many seconds before shutting off rather than one press. I have an Intel 6
  3. I'm new to the audio game so I have a decent starting setup. I have the Hifiman He-400is connected to a Schiit stack playing FLAC files from Tidal (I'm aware the amp should be on top for better heat circulation, it's an oldish picture. Noob mistake on my part). So maybe a bit more than decent starting point. One question I have is: where to go from here? Im thinking of upgrading next year to a upper Mid-fi to lower Hifi headphone such as the Dt 1990 pro 250 Ohm or the He-560 to stick with Hifiman. Basically, what would a good step up pair if headphones be for ~$500?
  4. I'm a new to the audio game, just got my first pair of audiophile headphones and I'm hooked. The problem is that they are open back so I can't take them on the go. So I need a pair of portable headphones that prioritize sound and portability most of all. I want to stay below $300 if possible. I was looking at the Sennheiser HD 630vb, the Audio-Technica Msr7, Audeze isine lx, shure se415, Vmoda Crossfade wireless, and Sony WH1000xm3. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  5. *Update* Whenever i restart my PC with the DAC plugged it freezes on the enter bios screen and requires a forced shut down.
  6. The drivers provided by Schiit are weird and require the device to be plugged in to install them but the dac isn't showing up as connected so I can't install drivers. Also, the unit itself works perfectly, I'm listening using it connected to my phone as I type, its a windows software problem.
  7. I just bought a slightly used Schiit Stack 1.0 off Ebay. I opened it up and plugged it in, and nothing happened. The Dac won't show that its connected for some reason. I tried multiple ports on different computers with different operating systems and it doesn't show up. Both units turn on and appear to work perfectly but refuse to show up in windows. Please help.
  8. Can the rx580 8gb play titles like skyrim and overwatch at 1440p with good framerates and texture settings?
  9. I just bought a pair of he400is today and I absolutely love them except for the short cable with right angle jack. To fix the problem I ordered a replacement cable from Amazon and it doesn't fit even though it has 2.5mm connector like specified. And for some reason 3.5mm connectors do work on the headphones. Did they change it and I'm just an idiot or is something wrong?
  10. You could go for the new Galaxy Note 9 as it has a 4000mha battery and a camera to rival Google and Apple.
  11. Thank you for your help! What would be the second best option listed?
  12. Sager np8954, np8953, np7851, np6853, np5856, np4850, Huawei mate x pro, Dell new xps 15, xps 17, Lenovo ideapad 330, ThinkPad p52, Asus ZenBook Pro 15 UX550GE. There are more but these are a few that I found, as I said in my original post I'm looking for around $1500 but I can go a few hundred a above that price but not to far.
  13. I love having the s-pen it is very useful for keeping track of assignments in school and jotting down things that I need to remember later, so I would like to stick with the note line.
  14. I still have a galaxy note 5 from almost 3 years ago and I am looking for an upgrade. I love the note series and plan to stick with it. With the note 9 being announced in the next month am am debating upgrading now, or waiting for the note 10 or x or whatever it will be called. Because of the 10th anniversary of the galaxy line just like Apple the next generation of Samsung devices is supposed to be a major upgrade. But should I stick with my note 5 for another year or just buy the note 9 come September?
