secrity is low i dont think the rules are the problem becaus ei can host the server with hamachi and havee no problems, its a problem with my router because the tester just test if the port is open to other computers and it says it still closed (this sight http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/)

Alright. Could you screenshot your list of inbound rules for me perhaps? Make sure there is nothing odd that stands out. Firewalls are finniky. If you really don't care you could try disabling both your router and computer firewall, however that can heavily compromise security on your network.

I've already made sure that port works with security because I've had people connect to my server with hamachi and i made this rule a long time ago i just refreshed it to make sure it worked and it did, the problem is my port forward isn't port forwarding and I don't know how to fix it.

Hamachi doesn't handle it the same way as a regular port. Your machine (as it appears) is dropping the request when it reaches you. Your port forwarding is identical to mine but I had to delete rules that conflicted before mine showed as open. Unless your modem is blocking the ports (since your on xfinity I would assume its their integrated one) then it would have to be your host machine.

There is also the chance that hamachi is conflicting with the machine. It's not a very nice software for handing stuff over and networking. Which is why its looked down upon for any hosting.

could hamachi be my issue?

As long as you use their uninstaller (should be included) then yes. It will remove all of those. However just to make sure I would still recommend screenshotting your Inbound Firewall Rules just so I can look. If its blocking a port in another task it wont run properly.

if i turn off windows fire wall does it make it so i dont have to worry about this?

That would be my last ditch attempt, but yes. You could try turning off both public and private Firewalls.

Are you 100% sure your firewall is fully disabled? Not parts.

Also check your `Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings` and make sure nothing but your hardware is listed.

Try opening your Network and Sharing Center and where it says "View your active networks". Does that say Public, Work, or Home Network? (Under your ethernet connection.)

It being set as public could be why. Windows by default (even without firewall) restrictions functionality on a public network. Try removing any networks in "Manage Wireless Connections" (I think that would include Ethernet), Unplugging and plugging it back in.
