Alienware 17 r4 wierd pixelaion

I'm having weird pixelation in games and movies. It feels like the 2/3 of the game is perfect and the rest is somehow in a bad resolution or runs with a bad GPU/driver or something. Even intro videos before games are pixelated.
Some of the pictures I attached are needed to be opened to see the pixels in large.
- windows 10 and NVDIA drivers are up to date.
- as far as I can tell everything is up to date.

- BF1 runs like it supposed to (except some pixels)
- I have no external monitor to test on.

- The games and movies do this on every resolution, every quality setting, every brightness/contrast/gamma setting.
- Scales and layout is on 100%
- I have no local support to turn to.

-I am desperate.
