So I installed a CM 212 evo into my system and now it herbs three times and won't boot. Help!!!

Title. Note I didnt remove my motherboard or any other components from my system when I did this just my CPU and old cooler. Also I think one of the pins may be bent, I don't know they looked a little shiny in the light.

did you use thermal paste? just checking :D
