Not really. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Only in benchmarking.  I mean, unless you're used to something like a 486DX2/66 and you jump to a Pentium 100...then you'll notice something like a 50MHz difference.

It depends on the percentage difference from the original clock. So some the older cards at like 1000MHz will see a 5% difference from stock, but a Pascal card at say 2000Mhz (already an OC) will only see a 2,5% difference relative to before
