I can't set my thoughts straight on what to get 1080p, 1440p, 4k, amd, intell,etc. The list goes on and on with choices upon choices someone please help me choose what will need for a pc that can game but also do content creation but at the highest rez I can get for $1200 USD including everything along with OS

Don't get the X model of the 1600. the non-x model comes with a cooler. so you don't need that cryorig, and it's cheaper, and OC's to the same performance level.

 

With the money you save on not needing a CPU cooler, get a better GPU. go for an RX 470/570, or 480/580/1060 6GB if you can.
