Im making a new computer for my friend and I need your help... Im really lazy so I dont feel like making some research for a great computer for about $500-$550

I know that you guys are really good at helping everyone out.. you have helped me many times before so I know that you will do it again :)

Well he will mostly game on it... I want it to have a pretty beefy PSU for the build for future expansion like a Graphics Card..

Windows 7 I got a copy already, He has a monitor, mouse, keyboard and headset, its just the computer we need.. Currency.. no worries.. you can pay with visa all over the world and he has about 500-550$ to put on this computer

Little overbudget, you can cut on the RAM and use one dimm, and the cooler to make that price go down.

500 USD is very different from 500 NZD.

Actually its about 2000-2500 swedish money.... I dont really know how much that is in USD but 1 USD is about 6 swedish money so 2000-2500 swedish ones are about 400 USD kr something like that so i made a mistake yesterday.. Sry :(
