Good intro maker?

I'm looking for someone or a program i can use to make an intro. Basic 1440p60. I'm looking for the typical name with a song on the background and just some zoom in and out. That's all thanks

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 980 Ti 

Mobo - MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory - 32 GB DDR3

Storage - 3.4 TB

Most people use After Effects to make those intros.

Otherwise you could also use Flash for some animations
