Final decision any good?

1_thing

The parts: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/261ke

The case:http://www.scan.co.uk/products/sharkoon-bulldozer-black-green-mid-tower-gaming-case-with-usb-30-and-side-window-w-o-psu

After posting my build twice I think I have made my decision

I went haswell with this and want to keep it intel.

Budget £900-£1000

Will use it for gaming.

That case...is horrible.

Get a Fractal R4 or something....

Or is it the "green" theme you are going for which requires an ugly/flashy case?

I vote this. Even coordinated the colors right +1

Although I would spring the extra money for dual channel

Note to OP, this cooler should come with a warning label because it really does take some effort to mount and if you're new at this would not recommend.

H60 instead of that air cooler

3vW5eWi.png?1

You're kidding right? In all my almost 3k posts I've never seen someone give such a terrible suggestion. -Why- would you want something that performs worst than a Hyper 212 and has a much higher chance of failure? Even then why would you want that pile of feces instead of an air cooler that can outperform an NDH14?

A Hyper 212 performs better than an H60?

The differences incredibly small for nearly double the price.

The h60 is one of the worst things you can buy unless you really don't have room for anything else.
