For the past few days i've been looking into buying some wireless headphones. However, I was unable to find anything that doesn't suck, one way or another. I already tried Jaybird X3 and, while they sound really good and stay nice in my ears and they are also sweat proof, they stopped charging the second time I tried to charge them, mainly due to the proprietary charging clip that they come with, so I have them on RMA and I am not buying them again. Also, checking their support forum it seems that it is a general issue with them.

While I prefer in-ear headphones, at this point I am willing to try other types as well. I am not very picky about features, I just want some headphones that:

  • Have no wires (they can have a wire between the buds)
  • They stay in your hear, even when running
  • Sound decent
  • Somewhat sweat proof
  • Decent battery life (at least 4 hours)
  • They are not astronomically expensive, I would say 150$ max
  • Good built quality (a.k.a they don't break just by using them)

I don't think I am asking too much for some headphones. I mean, it's 2017, can't we find some good wireless headphones out there? In my "research" I checked tons of "tech websites" of top X best headphones to buy and, while most of them come up with the same models, the user reviews for them on websites like amazon don't quite come on par with the review from "tech websites".

Therefore, my question is, can anyone recommend a good pair of wireless headphones that they know they're good and reliable?

Thank you in advance.

Plantronics Backbeats Fit? My brother and his wifey have them, as well as one of my friends. They're water resistant, sweat proof, have good battery life, are supposed to sound good, etc. If I were into Bluetooth headphones I would have gotten them too: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KJLMBSO/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1496199347&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=plantronics+backbeats+fit&dpPl=1&dpID=31-Pxy-ICeL&ref=plSrch

Some colours are cheaper and some are more expensive. These are just my favourite colour.
