Why?

 

Opening up a power supply *can* be perfectly safe if you know what you're doing, or if it hasn't been powered on in forever.

That said, I've never been interested in opening one up.

Also, the card magically works now despite the fact I could never get it to go before I decided to hack its fan shroud to pieces.
