Depends on the program. I would get the GPU IF the deal is good and comes with 8GB. It'll last you for the next two-three years or more if you're okay with lowering AA.

in some games yes, in some no.

BF1 will definitely bottleneck, but others probably won't

RX 470/570 is a perfect fit, but RX 580/480 won't be bad at all

580 doesn't bottleneck too much with the G4560, check Hardware Unboxed's video on the topic.
