The Maximus Impact is still the best ITX OC'ing board ever made. Depending on where you live it can be very cheap too; here in the US it was $145 just a few weeks ago.

If price isn't a concern, the Maximus VIII Impact would be the best choice. It's a great overclocking board.

unfortunately, no

I actually bought this motherboard, but had to return it because of the lack of m.2 support. In addition, it lacks an extra USB header for something like a Corsair H100i

You can fit two M.2s on the strix, and you can also overclock on it just fine.
