Xeon Combo + GTX 970 + cheap cooler (assuming you don't care about acoustics). spend the money you saved on a better PSU.

this would be what i'd pick out of the lot. the G360 is enough wattage but you'll have to use a molex to 6pin adaptor for it. try corsair CX450M for $80 on bizgram IIRC if you don't want to risk it..

You're not buying brand new or even locally I suspect

Hopefully you have accounted for the RAM and case

Get the Xeon combo instead if you don't plan to overclock
