Upgrading GPU, CPU, RAM and mobo

My current build (meant for gaming):

AMD FX-4300

XFX R7-260x 2gb

M5A78L-M LX plus motherboard

8gb DDR3 RAM

465gb Seagate hard drive

Corsair 230T case

Corsair CX 430M PSU

(Please tell me if you need more details.)

 

I mainly want to improve performance in GTA 5, The Witcher 3, and Bethesda games (Skyrim, Fallout NV).

 

I was thinking of getting a Pentium G4560 and an RX 470/570. I know I will also need to get DDR4 RAM and a new mobo for it to be compatible. However, I was also considering settling for an fx8300 and rx470 to skip the RAM and mobo replacement. Is the extra $100 worth the upgrade I will be getting from a G4560 and rx470? I have $350 to cover everything.

I still don't know if I will get a 470 or 570. I guess I will see which one comes in stock first as I can't find either of those cards in stock on any website. Once I see one of them in stock under $180, I will buy it.

I would go for a g4560 build. 8300 isn't much of an upgrade over what you have.

I would buy the 570 first and then buy the upgrades for the CPU/Mobo.
