Hey guys, this is my first time building PC and I chose a bunch of hardware that seems to compatible with each other, however I was hoping you guys could do a quick inspection to make sure my PC won`t explode and $1100 will go down the drain. I know you guys are the pros so I came here. This is the hardware I chose:

MSI Radeon RX 580 DirectX 12 RX 580 GAMING X 8G - $260

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6 Core AM4 Boxed Processor with Wraith Spire Cooler - $200

ASUS Prime H270-PLUS/CSM Motherboard - $100

Hyper X Savage Series (8GB Total) Kit Of 2 DDR4 Memory - $87

Kingston UV400 240GB SSD – $100

Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2 CPU Cooler - $47

Be Quiet! Pure Base 600 Window Black/Orange - $100

ASUS DRW-24B1ST DVD Burner - $21

Sorry about the massive spacing between each part. Thanks!

Ryzen 5 would be much better here, you could also look at an RX 580 instead of 1060. You also haven't included a power supply, 500W is enough.

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Most of your compatibility questions can be resolved using pcpartpicker.com to create your build list. It will also provide an estimated max psu draw.

Pretty decent build. Missing a psu. No real need for an aftermarket cpu cooler.

Would you recommend the AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Processer with a Wraith Spire Cooler?

1500X doesnt come with stock cooler and has 4 cores/8 threads. Ryzen 5 1600 is much better choice

Alright, I fixed it. Is this better?

Just stick with this build : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jtzBtJ

All components are compatible with Ryzen

You can get Windows for $25 on Kinguin but download ISO with media creation tool (Don't do piracy, Windows is filled with bugs and errors and viruses :))

And forgot to mention; Ryzen is only compatible with Windows 10

And everything from memory that isn't 3200 MHz isn't worth for Ryzen

Ryzen gets full pontential with 3200 MHz

Ryzen is pretty sensitive when it comes to memory parts. At present one should really check a motherboard's QVL and/or a memory kits motherboard QVL before choosing a kit. AMD is pushing microcode fixes through BIOS updates, so memory problems are being resolved. But caution still makes sense.

G.Skill does not include the B350 PC Mate in the F4-3200C16D-16GTZR memory kit's motherboard QVL. Nor does the B350 PC Mate list the F4-3200C16D-16GTZR memory kit in its memory QVL. Not to say that the kit will not work but unless someone has had success running the kit at 3200 in a B350 motherboard, there is a real chance it will not work or at least not work at its rated speed.
