Get a cheaper SSD

You need a GPU w/ Ryzen, so it would be cheaper to go w/ an Intel build, since the IGPU will be fine.

Get 1 stick of Ram instead of 2, easier to upgrade in the future to 16gb.

I would not deem a 7700 even remotely similar to a R7 1700. Get 6900K or 1700. No other good choices for workstation. Plus there is something known as CUDA/OpenCL so Ryzen will be OK because you have a GPU anyway.
