You are going to blow your speakers if you continue trying to run them well below their power requirements. 

 

If you want to use speakers like that you need an amplifier or receiver.

Dude, just buy an amplifier

You can POWER the amplifier off of your PC PSU if you have the overhead, but I'd recommend you just buy one that you can power from the wall.

An example would be the Yammaha A-S501, but you wanna pick one that has the right power output and is in your budget.
