Any R9 290X owners I need help

i CAN'T overclock my 290x after wattman supported the "200" series   I can't overclock the way I used to be.
‪I don't know why I can't, before I can overclock it to 1200 if the temperature are good
‪I used sapphire trixx software and everything good but after wattman supported 200 series I can't control the voltage the way I used to work because wattman prevent me to exceed 1250 voltages. ??  helppppp
