you typically need strong acids for that . That way you don't damage the die ( that's how die shots are taken ).

Hello,

 

Is touching the cpu die (on a dead cpu) dangerous to you or is it safe. If it is safe, how do i expose the die on a Celeron 550 (mobile)

Mobile chips are usually soldered onto the board.

it's fine . It's basically glorified rock .And what do you mean expose the die ? You mean removing the metal heatspreader or getting the die off the package ?
