Ok here's the issue. I have a copy of windows 10 fresh installed on my 1tb wd blue that I've had since 2014. I turned it on and got the BAD SYSTEM CONFIG ERROR. I couldn't format my pc nor could i factory reset it. I ran dskchk and it said nothing was wrong even though checking every file in the system fixing broken clusters. I have a second drive running ubuntu and am currently looking with Smart data and self tests and running disk checks (simple:fine Extended:Checking...) If you guys have any suggestions let me know.
