reinstalling windows 10 problem

my keyboard dose not work when trying to reinstall windows 10 help tried my old keyboard as well still nothing

Try a different port (not front panel or USB 3)? These are wired keyboards right?

Make sure it's on a USB 2.0 port and if it's a gaming keyboard if it has the option to select it to compatibility mode, the best is to have it on the PS2 port if it still doesn't work as they don't require drivers.

both wired tried all ports kb are corsair strafe and razer blackwidow

There should be a hardware switch somewhere on the front or bottom of your keyboard.

I don't think both of those keyboards have compatibility  mode.

Most have a hardware switch on the back or bottom of the keyboard. If it doesn't you may need to look for a generic keyboard.
