No, you ou need a bios update to use a Kaby Lake chip on this motherboard. I would recommend getting a B250 motherboard.

It will fit but to fully function you need a 200 series chipset or update the bios to support the G4560

You will need to install a skylake CPU to update the BIOS first, something like a B250 board will support it out of the box.
