Elgato hd60 pro problems

my elgato doesn't record the right screen. i have 3 monitors. 1 for gaming which is 144hz and then 2 60hz for web browsing and such. the problem that i have is that my elgato records one of the 60hz instead of my 144hz and i dont know how to fix it since my 144hz is using a DVI cable. help?

HDMI male to female dvi (connect it to the elgato out and HDMI from the in to the GPU

Or even better get an HDMI cable for you monitor

if i use a hdmi on my monitor i wont be able to use 144hz?

Yea HDMI is better

Also be sure to get a HDMI 2.0 ( it says high speed on the packing)
