I was wondering if this build was good or not feel to leave some suggestions 

btw my budget is under $1000 CAD

buy a faster DDR4 RAM, at least 2400 speed.

 

buy your window key on kinguin or any site selling windows 10 oem keys for so much cheaper price.

 

i would recommend to add a SSD to make it faster.

I'd change out the PSU to something like a Corsair CXM (grey label) unit. 

 

I would buy the Windows 10 key from somewhere like Reddit's Softwareswap and spent what you save on an SSD for boot drive.

this is my first build to if I get it from kinguin i won't get any support from Microsoft if anything messes up with my install

i personally think it is quite hard to mess up during windows 10 install. 

 

but it is your choice (I actually never try to contact Microsoft support before, or ever needed one), just giving another options for you.

 

anyway, the build itself is not bad, just need faster RAM and SSD if possible.

if you are spending nearly 100 for an SSD, why not just buy a bigger capacity ssd such as samsung 850 evo 250g at 107 usd.

 

you can't really go wrong with any SSD, it will still increase your computer speed. (as long you buy something with brand, not random chinese brand)

Not familiar with it but there's also steam in home streaming, which works on stuff other than the shield, making it less limiting.

Fair enough, 1060 6gb seems like a better option for you. Stay away from the 3gb tho
