So my old build which included https://gyazo.com/b08f4206d16e3803d39f1f29257c2e03 is now broken due to my computer falling over. It crashses sometime and I get inconsistent results playing games. Im looking to get a new CPU, GPU, mobo, and ram and keeping my PSU, CPU cooler (Hyper 212 Evo), and the other parts in my PC. What are your thoughts on this? Would https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Qv49Yr be a good idea to buy or should I go to a computer shop to find the issue of my computer?

At this stage i5's are not really good anymore, most people switched to Ryzen 5 because it had more available cores. Meaning it will last longer then the i5. i7's are still worth getting because they are the gaming beasts. 1060 seems fine, board and ram are fine, if you plan to just game switch to a i7. If you plan to do more then that such as video editing. Then Ryzen 7/5 are your options.

Get a Ryzen 5 1600 or an i7 7700. The K i5 sucks

For your budget you're spending a disproportionate amount of your funds towards your CPU and motherboard. Spend less in those areas and you can get a GTX 1070 with your budget.

This new configuration would be a significant upgrade over your suggested part list (as far as gaming goes) and would blow your current "broken" PC out of the water. There are cheaper 1070's out there if you need to get it back down to ~$710 again, but I just chose that Gigabyte 1070 because I like the model (based on looks, clocks, thermals, acoustics). If you're willing to spend more money my recommendations may change, but based on this budget, this is the PC you should be looking at from a price:performance perspective.

That is all assuming there is no way to fix your current setup.
