on the home page in the top right it says events like wan show and the meet up

It's not, it's localised to your time zone. Unless LTX is really running from 7pm to 1am.

for me it runs from 9 to 3

Canada has multiple time zones 5 or so, i am sure someone will google it and give correct number of time zones.
