Ryzen is also worth considering (7700k is only really needed for 1080p 144hz), but good build otherwise.

Is that $2050 SGD or USD?

Also if you are going to consider gaming plus streaming and saving recordings on the same system, I would recommend a Ryzen based system for the higher core count. While for purely gaming the 7700k is currently king when you add streaming to it, it can become very taxing on the system and you will notice FPS drop and possibly a choppy stream depending on the game. The lower overall performance of the game while not streaming is made up for not dropping virtually at all while streaming on a Ryzen system.

NVMe for the OS and saving the stream recording while streaming, 850 EVO for programs and games and the WD Blue for longterm storage of your VOD's after your stream has ended. You could cut out the NVMe and just use the 850 EVO as well for saving your stream without much issue if your game library isn't that big but it's nice to have if you plan on doing any editing of your VOD or if you plan on making edited videos for the quicker access.
