My buddy has a 650 ti boost (twin frozer yada yada) and hes looking to upgrade (maybe). Would a gtx 1050ti be worth it? He plays games like overwatch but Battlegrounds is kicking his PCs ass. or could it be the fx 6300 thats causing it to lag? I dont know much about how player unknown battlegrounds works.

A RX 570 4GB would be a better upgrade.

He really needs to get a new CPU. I would recommended something but it would require him to upgrade his RAM + Mobo along with the CPU.

thats the issue, plus hes not tech savvy at all. His PC is a cyberpower pre built that originally has a r5 230 in it lol, i sold him the 650 ti boost a year back.

he already plans to upgrade the cpu and stuff at some point, but not now. The fx 6300 is still OK. Not fantastic but does the job.
