You have to contact the companies you want to get sponsorship from, not the forum.

Also you want to have something you already build to show off so companies can see what you are capable of.

If you just want to get sponsored to have a new high end machine then you won't get it

Without meaning to sound rude, my opinion is that with this attitude you may struggle.

As was noted earlier in the thread, this isn't the method that you should use to contact companies for sponsorship. As noted above (struggling to multi-quote) you need to contact the companies and show evidence that you will fit their brand image and help them to make money.

I obviously don't know your skills etc. so you may be the worlds best "PC building software proggraming modding and whatever is in computers" person, but you'll still need to prove that to the corporate entities and ensure that you have a sizable enough audience for the company to receive adequate return on investment. You noted that you would be returning the parts once the review/build was complete, but those parts would then be used and unable to be sold as new, which degrades the value of them - you should bear this in mind.

Just my 2p, and no offence is meant - good luck, and hope you can get where you want to :)

I will only ever answer to the best of my ability - there is absolutely no promises that I will be correct. Or helpful. At all.
