Yes, you can, but it would be easier to just cut that part of the case that is interfering with the longer graphics card instead of going through the hassle of buying a new case and moving all of the components there.

Jep but HDD bay is in way of graphic card

You can cut those off with and lay your HDD(s) at the bottom of the case underneath the GPU.

I thought you had the full tower version, but you have the smaller one, which as was already said, is proprietary. I don't think you will be able to fit this motherboard in any other case.
