Hello

I'm an architecture student and I'm looking for a laptop for my cad work and general everyday use and I have a budget of up to 1200$

I'm currently thinking on getting the dell ispirion 7567 with the i7 cpu

 http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/productdetails/inspiron-15-7567-laptop/dncwf510s

My question is:

Is these gaming gpu's like the 1050ti would be a good choice?

.i know that the quadro and xenon systems are much better for cad but I can't find these in my budget

What is your opinion?

A low end Quadro. With half the RAM and no ssd, for more to boot.

OP,  get one of the i7 laptops in this video.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

I don't really understand the rating of the Quadro's... but I do think that 8 gigs of ram is not enough.

can the 1050ti handle 3D cad modeling and rendering?

Thank you for your respond.

i need to ran autoca,revit, skechup+veray ect.

I believe that texture and light rendering are the biggest challenge this system would need to work on.

I saw the sager systems but I'm living in Israel and sager doesn't have representation here for repairs in case of a hardware problem.

I'm looking for something from the big brands like dell, Lenovo or even msi.

I'm also hoping for a laptop that can go throw a day on its battery and by mobile to serve other schoolwork stuff
