Loud PC

Hi, My PC is kinda loud when i am playing games, I have the Cougar Panzar case and i want to get some kind of noise dampening material or something, any ideas on how or what i should use to make my pc quiet?

I like this case a lot and don't want to spend a lot of money on a new one.

Problem with sound blocking foam is it'll be an insulator as well and roast you computer. Can you just move it farther away or get silent fans?

Not alot you can do other than buying good fans or lowering their speed without buying a new case made for silence. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

First things first. Identify fan/s making noise. Or if its PSU, GPU or HDDs. Then try controlling fans first. There are ways to do noise reductions on both fans and HDD by adding rubber mounts. But controlling loud fans or changing them to new ones is usually most effective way. Case doesn't look like one you can easily dampen. Too little space for foam.

Most noise dampening accessories don't make much of a difference until you're already using very quiet components. 

First identify which components are too loud.
