Just to make sure, the logical opperation of a case power button would be momentary, so could i change my power button for this one considering I can make it fit? Or is there any electrical requirements to verify before changing it?

Yes, any momentary switch will do. 

 

It's up to you to figure out how to mount it, and, optionally, how to power the build in LED. I'd probably just splice the wires to the power LED your computer case already has.
