Brightness changes automatically when opening certain apps

I started to notice a problem a few minutes ago. Whenever I launch bluestacks it automatically changes my computers brightness to "suggested" from 30%. I don't know if this is the intended behavior, or if this is a bug related to creators update or bluestacks. So far this issue only seems to happen when using bluestacks. I have not noticed this behavior with any other software.

 

I have read suggestions that this may be caused by intels graphic properties, but the SP4 is using custom display drivers I believe.

 

Anyway I could narrow this issue down further?
